1. Services (Website, Funnel, Landing Page Design)
- Refunds may be requested before the project starts.
- Once a project has started, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to resolve issues.
2. Digital Products
- Some digital products come with a 15-day money-back guarantee, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or at checkout.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 15 days of purchase by contacting us at help.flexidigitals@gmail.com or +91 7014468139.
- After the 15-day period, refunds will not be issued.
- Digital products without the 15-day guarantee are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse, bulk downloading, or fraudulent activity.
3. Payment Disputes
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at help.flexidigitals@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
